Empowering low-income communities through strategic, impactful design.

Based in Las Vegas, NV, Southwest Gas has been a long-standing partner, particularly within their Energy Efficiency and Customer Relations departments. Over several years, I’ve led the design and development of targeted marketing materials—including websites, email campaigns, and direct mail pieces—aimed at low-income customers. These efforts have not only modernized their outreach but also dramatically increased participation in their assistance programs, helping hundreds of individuals and families reduce their energy bills.

From the Ground Up: A Visual Campaign for Community Connection.

This campaign was created to support Southwest Gas’s expansion into new service territories in Nevada, specifically targeting the community of Spring Creek. The campaign introduces residents in the development project’s footprint through clear, accessible messaging and visuals inspired by the company’s established brand identity. A custom visual guide was developed to maintain consistency across all materials. The campaign remains active and has been recognized for its effectiveness in building community awareness and engagement.
